The First Generation – Low Income (FLI) Support Office of the Yale College Deans Office works with low-income and/or first-generation students to enhance their academic success, personal development, and professional growth. Through campus-wide partnerships, FLI builds an inclusive Yale community by engaging students and their allies with programming and dialogue around the low-income and/or first-generation experience.
Yale has embarked on an international search for the brightest minds and is committed to expanding access to students historically underreprresnted on campus. As our student body grows in its number and diversity of backgrounds and experiences, the FLI Support Office seeks to empower FLI students to make the best of their Yale education and undergardauate experience.
